Returns & Warranty
At Ruegolife, we are committed to providing high quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive a product that has an initial defect, you may return the unused product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Due to the nature of our products, any item that is not in its original condition is not eligible for return or exchange, even if it has an initial defect. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product. However, depending on the condition of the item, we may be able to refund some or all of the shipping costs.

Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances surrounding the return. These fees range from 5% to 100% of the original price of the item.

Custom orders or demo items cannot be returned or refunded.
